The amount depends on:
- Your performance appraisal (aka: did you actually do your job?).
- Your team contribution (lone wolves rarely bag the jackpot).
- Company growth (if we earn big, you earn big).
Translation: Rockstars = fat bonus, Average Joes = modest bonus, Slackers = motivational speeches from HR.
