Two Eids = Two Bonuses.
Each bonus = 50% of your gross salary (yes, half a month’s gross hits your account).
But wait, conditions incoming:
- Condition: You’ll only be eligible if you’ve completed 6 months with the company.
- “Your bonus is half your gross salary, cut into 12 pizza slices — and you only get as many slices as months you’ve bothered to show up after 6 months of employment.”
