The basic salary is paid monthly, along with other fun add-ons like house allowance, medical allowance, conveyance, and mobile bills (if applicable). Basically, you get money + a few extras, depending on your role. The Company will pay according to its official salary structure (yep, no secret envelopes under the table). #
If you work a full month → you get a full month’s basic salary. Work half → we’ll calculate on a pro-rata basis (HR’s calculator decides your fate). #
Now, let’s talk about the less fun part → salary deductions. Yep, they happen. Here’s when: #
  • Unauthorized Absence → Skip work without telling anyone? Say goodbye to some money.
  • Damage/Loss → Break or lose company property you were trusted with? That’s on you.
  • Advances/Over-payment → Got extra before? We’ll take it back (don’t act surprised).
    Taxes & Regulatory Payments → Because the government loves you as much as we do.
  • Voluntary Stuff → Cafeteria bills, excess mobile usage, random extras you owe.
  • Other Employee Expenses → If the company paid for you, and it wasn’t supposed to, we’ll balance it with your pay.

Wages or Salary Increases #

  • Every employee’s salary/wage gets reviewed once a year (annual performance review time).
  • The Company’s ranges and structures may change from time to time—corporate magic.
  • But here’s the catch: we don’t do “cost of living” increases (sorry inflation, not our fault).
  • Performance is the key. Do great = more pay. Slack off = motivational talks from your manager.
