(a.k.a. “Your Side Hustle vs. Your Day Job”)
Progressivebyte Ltd.

1. We Know You Have a Life #

Look, we get it — not everyone dreams of spending 24/7 with Jira tickets and Slack pings. Some of you wanna freelance, start a YouTube channel, or sell cookies on weekends. Totally fine… as long as it doesn’t mess with your job here.

2. The Golden Rule #

Your main job = here.
Side hustles are cool until they:

  • Make you skip deadlines.
  • Distract you during meetings (no, you can’t design logos for a client while pretending to take notes in a scrum).
  • Turn you into a sleepy zombie because you coded all night for someone else.

3. Conflict of Interest? Nope #

  • Working for a competitor = hard no.
  • Sharing company secrets in your side gig = double no.
  • Using company laptops/software/time for your “secret project” = triple no. (We will find out).

4. Be Honest With Us #

Got something cooking outside? Tell HR/your manager.

  • If it doesn’t clash with your role, cool — do your thing.
  • If it does clash, we’ll politely tell you to choose. (Spoiler: we’re rooting for Progressivebyte).

5. The Chill Disclaimer  #

We’re not against side jobs, passion projects, or earning extra cash.
We just don’t want:

  • Burned-out zombies in morning scrums.
  • Competitor drama.
  • HR writing passive-aggressive emails.

6. The Bottom Line  #

Have your side hustle. Just don’t let it hustle us. Your first responsibility = the job you’re paid for here. Nail that, and go wild with your weekend DJ gigs, freelance art, or TikTok empire.

Some Tip: Think of it like dating. We don’t mind you “seeing others” — as long as you don’t cheat, lie, or forget your main relationship.
